Evidence and corrections

Editorial methodology and verification log

We use primary protocol documentation, public GMX APIs and on-chain reads. This page records what was checked, when it was checked and the limits of that evidence.

Referral-code verification

On July 26, 2026, code PRO was encoded as bytes32 and checked against GMX's documented ReferralStorage contract on Arbitrum. At block 487,839,765, the code returned a registered owner whose referrer tier was 2. GMX's current tier table maps tier 2 to a 10% trader discount on eligible opening and closing position fees.

Fees and trading mechanics

Position-fee, borrowing, funding, slippage and pricing claims are checked against GMX's official documentation. Rates are dated because governance and market configuration can change. The official app confirmation panel takes precedence over examples on this site.

Market-price tool

The prices page joins each active direct-trading network's listed/markets/info catalog to /prices/tickers and/tokens. Swap-only, unlisted and explicitly deprecated entries are excluded. The displayed mark price is the midpoint of minPrice and maxPrice; it is not represented as a guaranteed execution quote.

Corrections and update cadence

Material corrections update the visible review date, article schema, sitemap last-modified value and llms.txt in the same release. We do not silently retain a claim that no longer matches the cited primary source. See the contact page for the current corrections channel.
